These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Yeet My Pics mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by McPherson Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Yeet My Pics allows users to review photos stored on their own device and choose whether to keep or delete them. Deleting a photo through the App performs the same action as deleting a photo in iOS Photos — the image is moved to the system “Recently Deleted” folder and may be permanently removed according to Apple’s standard device policies.

You are responsible for reviewing photos before confirming deletion. We are not responsible for accidental or unintended deletions.

2. No Cloud Storage or External Transmission

At this time, the App does not upload, store, or transmit your photos or personal data to any external server. All actions occur locally on your device.

If future features introduce cloud sync, account systems, or analytics, this document will be updated and users will be notified within the App.

3. In-App Purchase

The App includes a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks full access after a limited 3-day usage period. This is not a subscription.

All payments are processed securely through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not receive or store your full payment information.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the App.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
  • Use the App in a way that harms device functionality or violates iOS guidelines

You are solely responsible for backing up your photos.

6. No Warranty (App Provided “As Is”)

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that photo deletion or system operations will behave identically across future iOS versions, or that the App will prevent data loss of any kind.

You use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, McPherson Enterprises, LLC is not liable for:

  • Loss of photos or data
  • Device damage
  • Lost revenue or business interruption
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the App.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. When changes are significant, we will notify users within the App or through an update notice.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
