Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 2025-12-05
This Privacy Policy describes how McPherson Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information within the Yeet My Pics mobile application ("App").
We respect your privacy, and we believe you should understand exactly what data we collect — and what we do not collect.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
At this time, the App does not:
- Collect or store personal information
- Upload or transmit photos
- Process images through external servers
- Track your behavior across apps
- Use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs
All photo actions occur entirely on your device.
2. Information We May Collect Automatically (Apple-Provided)
Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated analytics such as:
- App crashes
- Total number of installations
- General usage metrics (e.g., time in app)
- Device type and iOS version
These analytics do not identify you personally and cannot be used to view your photos or content.
3. Photo Access
The App requires permission to access your device’s photo library in order to display your images and allow you to delete them.
Photo access is used only on-device for the following purposes:
- Displaying photos
- Deleting photos at your request
- Counting remaining photos
We do not copy, upload, or store your photos elsewhere.
4. In-App Purchases
If you unlock the full version through the one-time purchase, Apple processes all payment information. We never see your credit card number, Apple ID, or billing address.
We may store a simple purchase-unlocked flag locally on your device.
5. Data Retention
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, we do not retain user data.
If future versions introduce user accounts, cloud syncing, or analytics, this Policy will be updated before those features launch.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal information to access, delete, or modify. If future versions introduce account-based or cloud-based features, we will provide appropriate rights and controls.
8. Security
Because all photo processing occurs on your device, security is primarily governed by iOS itself. We do not transmit or store your photos on our servers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Updates will be posted within the App or included in release notes.
